You may be wondering how a 7 pound Yorkie ended up with a job at Halligan Bottle Openers doing Quality Assurance… It’s a real wags to riches success story!
My life took a turn for the better about 5 years ago. I was running for my life on a busy New York sidewalk, when a pretty lady scooped me up to safety.
The lady tried to find my old owner, but there was no way I was going back to that lifestyle. I laid the charm on thick. I had terrible breath, but no one could resist my big brown puppy dog eyes. The next thing I knew, I was being introduced to Tim and Barbara.
Love at first sight… YEA RIGHT! Let’s just say, Tim wasn’t easy on the eyes. I’m not sure he was crazy about me either. My hair was matted, my teeth were rotten, and I hadn’t had a pedicure in months!
Most people would have ran the other way, but Tim and Barbara threw me a bone. They helped me get back on my four paws again. They cleaned me up, got my teeth fixed, gave me lots of love, and a job to earn my keep.
